4. Relationship with Installers and Report Accuracy

Report Accuracy: The AI-generated suitability reports are based on external data points and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not replace a professional physical survey or engineering assessment.
Not a Party to Contracts: VerifyRecruiter Ltd is solely an information provider and matching service; we are not a party to any contract or agreement entered into between you and any installer.
No Agency: We do not act as an agent, broker, or representative for either the user or the installer.
Contractual Responsibility: Any and all services (assessment, installation, maintenance, etc.) provided, or work undertaken, are the sole responsibility of the installer you select.
No Guarantees: While we strive to connect you with reputable professionals, we provide no guarantee or warranty regarding the quality, suitability, solvency, or performance of any installer.
Disputes: Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the heat pump installation must be resolved directly between you and the installer. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of any installer.
Quotes: Final pricing, scope of work, and scheduling are solely matters negotiated and agreed upon between you and the chosen installer.

5. Intellectual Property
